London Fire Risk Assessments are a specialist agency that provides accredited advice, guidance, training and audits to businesses, organisations and public bodies to ensure they remain compliant safe and legal.
LFRA’s previous online presence was failing to showcase the business in the correct light and was affecting brand sales and confidence. The need of the hour was to create an improved online business presence that could feature LFRA’s extensive services, packages, and considerable experience in their sector with clear calls to action. The expectation was for site content to be bitesize, concise, and easy to navigate. It was desired that a user should be able to access a service and call to action within 2 clicks. To support the site, an off-page SEO campaign was required to build up the pipeline and maintain the profile of the business within its sector and community.
To reposition the business, we carried out a full rebranding exercise and provided LFRA with a range of collateral to help roll out both digital and print-based resources. We reprioritised core messages and calls to action from the homepage while all key service packages we made available along with contact details and forms, encouraging potential customers to engage within 2 clicks.
We managed granular detail and content via a mega menu that allowed for easy and quick access to second-tier content, again with only 2 clicks. The content was broken down into manageable bite-sized sections and careful management of copy was employed to convey key information efficiently.
Copy and content were evolved and optimised with off-page and ongoing SEO digital marketing campaigns in mind. This is an ongoing requirement and as such we provided a simple, powerful and effective WYSIWYG WordPress editor to be made available for our client – encouraging them to continuously evolve their content, blogs and case studies.
Via a program of training and guidance we worked with our client to help them evolve good and relevant content to support off site content for posts, articles and link building activities. This is a continuing and consultative process and adapts to the clients priorities and market.
