If a client violates the terms and conditions outlined in the Service Agreement, IDS Logic reserves the right to terminate their services. Additionally, depending on the agreed-upon terms, a client may be charged for any expenses incurred during the project(s) in the event of early cancellation.

Users or subscribers can request to cancel the services they have availed of within 7-10 business days of the service agreement. For on-going services, renewal cancellations must be made at least seven business days before the current service period's termination and should be communicated via email or phone.

Once the fees have been paid, IDS Logic will not consider any refund request, even if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours.

At IDS Logic, we strive to deliver top-notch services that meet our clients' expectations. However, if any client is dissatisfied with our services, we offer a refund within 30 days from the project start date. The refund will be processed after deducting any applicable hourly charges or fees for the completed work.

Any taxes paid on the services imposed by regulatory bodies will not be refunded. No refund will be provided if any service is cancelled due to a violation of the stated terms and conditions. IDS Logic is not responsible for any refund if third-party involvement causes any delay or interruption.
