Once the fees have been paid, IDS Logic will not consider any refund request, even if the cancellation request is made within 12 hours.

However, if any client is dissatisfied with our services, we offer a refund within 30 days from the project start date. The refund will be processed after deducting any applicable hourly charges or fees for the completed work.
Any taxes paid on the services imposed by regulatory bodies will not be refunded. No refund will be provided if any service is cancelled due to a violation of the stated terms and conditions. IDS Logic is not responsible for any refund if third-party involvement causes any delay or interruption.
