The Brief
Statesman Travel Group is one of the UK’s best known travel management groups. It offers a suite of travel management solutions including Corporate Travel Management, Event Management and Private Leisure Travel. Statesman Travel approached IDS Logic to develop a high end website and portal to enable Statesman customers to manage aspects of their travel accounts online with ease.
Our Approach
As well as developing a brand new responsive website to improve the user journeys for all Statesman’s web visitors, IDS Logic undertook the development of “States Manager”. This fully featured web portal features a travel booking engine and order tracking system that enables Statesman’s customers to to manage all their travel needs conveniently and quickly online. API Integration with a number of third party travel platforms provides constant updates to departure, arrival and check-in statuses.
The Outcomes
The new portal has received praise from Statesman’s customers and delivered significant improvements to the customer service Statesman can now offer and increasing capacity to handle more customer accounts.
